Absolute Medical Services have been caring for the local Central Coast Community for decades. With a trusted reputation in the community for being at the forefront of patient care, the team at AMS are proud to be long term supporters of local Terrigal Trojan Rugby players and their families.
Over the past few years, AMS have developed a special relationship with the Terrigal Trojan Rugby Club and are
pleased to be able to take care of them and their families health and wellbeing. Practice Principal, Dr John Schulze is thrilled to be able to support the local community. Dr Schulze explains that ‘this involvement enables us to act on our mission to ‘always provide our patients with ‘best practice’ medicine in a caring, respectful, supporting and friendly environment’.
Did you know one of our own AMS doctors represents the Terrigal Trojans, playing in the premier team. Dr Ryan Metcalfe has been playing with the Trojans since 2002 and currently plays as their 1st Grade open side Flanker. Ryan has played over 220, 1st grade games (club record). He has also represented the Central Coast Rugby Union Representative team in recent years.
Ryan’s particular areas of interest include Paediatrics, Sports Medicine, Skin Cancer, minor procedures and general family medicine. Ryan has a young family with two child and is passionate about playing rugby and keeping himself fit and healthy when he is not seeing patients.
