We aim to provide high quality facilities and services to doctors, and your doctor is committed to providing you with exceptional care, we appreciate that complaints may arise. Please feel free to talk to your doctor or the Manager to raise your concerns. Feedback/Complaint forms are available at Reception. Your complaints will be dealt with in a courteous and understanding manner.
